Every year, Joy to the World funds full scholarships for our most vulnerable students — orphans, kids from homes without steady income, children who travel from nearby villages or leave home far away to become boarding students. Without a scholarship, none of them would set foot in a private school classroom.

At Joy to the World English Private Primary School in rural northern Namibia, a scholarship is the difference between a child having a future and having none. This year, we're raising $18,000 to fund full scholarships for 15 of our most vulnerable students.
It means a safe place to sleep, meals every day, and the stability a child needs to focus on learning — instead of wondering where their next meal is coming from.
A $1,200 Scholarship Covers:
- Full tuition for a private school education
- Boarding for children who live far from campus
- School uniforms
- Books and school supplies
